Job Description
Group Maintenance Services and Materials Senior Expert
Join a leading industrial Group and take ownership of the cross‑country strategy for maintenance services and materials/spares. We are looking for a senior expert who can shape Group‑level governance, drive supplier performance, and ensure material readiness excellence across multiple countries and complex industrial assets.
Lead the Group MSM strategy and governance framework to improve asset availability, cost efficiency, and risk control. Act as the Group’s subject‑matter authority for maintenance services and spares, ensuring standardization, comparability, and digital readiness while enabling local execution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Group’s maintenance services and spares strategy, balancing availability, cost, and capital across all entities.
Establish and govern SRM frameworks with Procurement (rate cards, SLAs/KPIs, review cycles, compliance).
Lead critical vendor performance management, including qualification, risk control, and corrective action governance.
Define Group‑wide spares governance standards (criticality, min/max, repair loops, obsolescence).
Drive cross‑country synergies: preferred vendor panels, aggregated demand, shared contracts, inventory pooling.
Deploy standardized vendor evaluation methodologies (quality, delivery, HSSE, technical capability, TCO).
Govern Group‑level KPIs (stock‑out risk, service levels, inventory turns, contract compliance).
Support TA/Major Maintenance readiness by enforcing strict material readiness and escalation routines.
Ensure SAP master data discipline (naming conventions, BOM inputs, catalog structures, quality gates).
Deliver continuous improvement and measurable value (repair vs buy, markup control, lead‑time reduction, standardization).

5+ years of experience in maintenance management (refining, petrochemical, heavy industry)
Strong stakeholder management in multi‑country environments
Deep knowledge of maintenance processes (WOM, planning & scheduling, reliability, TA interfaces)
