Job Description

Position Summary

You will be functioning as a Clinical Specialist to provide application expertise and clinical education support to our customers in Korea across the Endoscopy, CSSD (Infection Prevention), and OR (Procedural Room) portfolio.

 

You will partner closely with the Sales Team to support the execution of the Korea sales plan, contributing to revenue growth and profitability by driving product adoption and identifying key performance metrics. You will engage with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders to deliver training, optimize clinical workflows, and support both pre- and post-sales activities. Success in this role requires strong leadership, presentation, communication, and planning skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

What You Will Do

  • Lead professional education for product application & education support on products and/or services.
  • Support the commercial team in their new leads acquisition primarily through application and education approach.
  • Manage in-service training activities throughout sales funnel which includes customer new product adoption, customer trial/evaluation and refresher course. Ensuring our customer is competently trained and/or familiarization of product application.
  • Assist Sales Team in completing tender submissions, specifically technical and clinical information fields
  • Develops good relationships with our customers in all accounts. Ensure our customers achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction with our products and systems.
  • Supports the company in:
    • Rolling out corporate periodic training programs to internal staff
    • Assist Sales Team on congress, exhibition, and workshop activities.
    • Product trials
    • Derive market metrics based on groundwork.
    • Product launch activities
  • Actively contributes to sales of consumable products by influencing product usage, standardization, and reordering cycles within customer accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for consumables based on clinical practice and workflow observations.
  • Provide clinical insights to support account penetration strategies and recurring revenue growth

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience or Healthcare discipline.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with CSSD and Endoscopy workflow experience
  • Experience in sales and marketing / Medical device on both Capital Equipment and Consumables / Infection Prevention Business / Professional Education / Medical Affairs is an advantage
  • Creative/Innovative in development of training presentations and materials.
  • Strong presentation skills to sales, customers, and senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace upon activation.
  • Must be a self-starter, possess a high sense of urgency, and "can do" attitude.
