Job Description
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements (sales, supply, services, and project-related contracts) across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a business partner to sales, project management, and supply chain teams, providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
- Support the execution of complex engineering and industrial projects, identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Manage pre-dispute situations and coordinate with external counsel when required.
- Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Provide support on corporate governance matters, including drafting board and shareholder minutes and maintaining corporate records.
- Deliver legal trainings and promote best practices across the organization.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Background in a top-tier law firm and/or multinational company.
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Proven ability to provide clear, concise, and business-oriented legal advice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- High level of professional integrity and sound judgment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – this is a mandatory requirement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in engineering, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Exposure to compliance and/or data protection matters.
- Prior in-house experience.
