Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous organizational compliance.
Evaluate team feedback and department metrics to recommend new, practical approaches and policies that improve HR services and field efficiency.
Lead or support special HR initiatives and projects as requested by leadership.
Partner and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including recruiting, benefits, payroll, safety, legal, operations, and accounting to ensure cohesive support for field operations and seamless delivery of HR services.
