What is going on at Twisto right now?

We started in 2013 as the simplest deferred payment solution at online checkout. Today we are a daily payments app, delivering seamless omni-channel daily payments to customers across Europe 🌍 And you can help on our next journey of growth! We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Junior Customer Care Specialist.

As Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Contact with clients via phone (incoming calls), replying to chat messages and e-mails;

• Activating customers;

• Cooperation with other company departments;

• Assisting customers in resolving reported problems.

What do we offer:

• Contract of employment (salary: 5 350 - 6 250 PLN gross);

• Work from Monday till Friday (plus one weekend per month) - we provide the equipment;
