We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, answering inquiries, and assisting customers with their product needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring a positive experience for all our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

  • Provide information about products, services, and order statuses

  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed

  • Process orders and handle returns or exchanges

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service standards

  • Document customer feedback and report any trends or issues to management

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service preferred
