Our team in Stuttgart is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the biopharma and life science industry, within a highly dedicated team of professionals. Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Accountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the BioPharma and life science industry
- Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate management
- Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client
- Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures
- Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting
- Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
- Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)
- Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally
Show your expertise
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Longstanding experience in related industries, many years EPC project management experience
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
- Detailed knowledge in project execution and coordination
- Good communication and motivational skills
- Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems
- PMI certification would be an advantage
