Job Description

Location: Middletown, NY  Pay: $26.45 Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm (40 hrs.)    OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:   Lead initiatives to drive regional growth through program expansion, community engagement, and strategic partnerships Supervise, support, and train staff to ensure high quality service delivery. Attend regular Life Plan meetings; review and develop Staff Habilitation Plans. Track referrals and complete intake processes for new cases in a timely manner. Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to program participants. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective budget management for individuals living independently. Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders. Track unit utilization and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and outcomes. Conduct formal staff evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and provide mentorship to promote professional growth and achievement of agency goals.   QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:             3-5 years related experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities 2-3 years of related supervisory experience Experience with creating and implementing new methods Candidate will be organized and precise and have exceptional time management skills Candidate must be able to lead and work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary. Bi-lingual preferred not required   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: AA or Bachelor’s degree in human services field required   PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to perform the job's essential functions successfully.
