Description
Responsibilities
- Perform electromechanical assembly work. Perform precision fitting, torquing, sealing, and alignment of components.
- Clean, prep, and handle parts in accordance with aerospace cleanliness standards.
- Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
- Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances or build issues.
- Work with manufacturing engineers to improve assembly rate and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance on issue resolution, process improvements, and documentation updates.
- Record build data and ensure traceability of parts and workmanship per aerospace standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of experience with electromechanical assembly
- 2+ years of experience in a production environment, e.g. in aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, calipers, micrometers, and basic measurement equipment
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience working on electromechanical assemblies for space applications
- 2+ years of experience with adhesives in a production environment
- Cleanroom experience

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
