Job Description
- Managing the workforce in a manufacturing environment.
- Establishing an effective appraisal and performance evaluation process that will cut across department for optimal result in the organization.
- Identifying human capital needs through analysis, competency requirement, manning requirements and structure.
- Applying modern and dynamic approach to HR management and making HR a business partner.
- First degree in Personnel Management or other Social Science/Art disciplines.
- At least 6 years work experience with 4 years experience in personnel management from a manufacturing firm.
