Ansell is looking for a Sales Business Analyst to join our team in Cyberjaya!
In this position you will be responsible for for providing administrative support to the sales team, tracking and maintain accurate sales records, data consolidation, coordinating inquiries from sales team and event organizations pertaining to sales.

What your role will be?
1)Provide administrative assistance support to Sales Leaders SEA Medical and Industrial & Scientific
- Manage and Organize meetings, including QSM
- Keep track of team leave
2)Sales support
- Consolidate Reports/information required from region
- Monthly report on actual sales-in & sales-out include customer inventories where applicable
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Demand Planning in communicating updates relating to open orders to sales team & distributors
- Coordinate with sales team & legal department on renewal of distributor agreements
3)Communication
- Managing communication with distributors for monthly in-market sales report
- Coordinate, communication of changes to Customers, logistic, supply
- Liaising with plant, distributor and sales on related events such as plant visits
4)Liaison between sales, Customer Service & Supply where applicable
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience in similar position.
- High level of proficiency in MS, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proven organisational/time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously
- Must have - Mandarin (speak and write) to work with China counterpart.
