As part of an international AI and technology ecosystem, our teams focus on delivering innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions within enterprise-scale environments, supporting modern digital transformation and data-driven initiatives.
As an AI/ML Technology Specialist, you will participate in the design, development, deployment, and operational support of AI and Machine Learning solutions across multiple business domains and enterprise use cases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and Business stakeholders, contributing to AI-driven initiatives and modern data ecosystems within highly demanding international environments.
The position is based in Luxembourg and concerns a contract-based collaboration model on behalf of a major European Organization. The role will be offered under a fixed-term contract with strong renewal prospects, depending on project continuity and overall performance.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Provide technical guidance in the design, development, and deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions across multiple business domains and use cases
Design, implement, test, and optimize Machine Learning models, pipelines, and AI-driven workflows
Participate in the deployment and operationalization of Machine Learning systems into production environments
Work with structured and unstructured datasets using relational and NoSQL database technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support scalable AI and data-driven solutions
Contribute to the development of advanced AI use cases including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Computer Vision solutions
Support data processing and large-scale analytics activities using Big Data technologies and distributed systems
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable AI/ML solutions
Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, reliability, and scalability
Produce technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate effectively within multicultural and international project environments following Agile methodologies
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
2+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or related technology roles
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Java, Scala, or C++
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar technologies
Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models into production environments
Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and Computer Vision
Experience working with relational SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Big Data and distributed processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or similar ecosystems
Strong understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms applied to Machine Learning problems
Ability to design, optimize, and maintain ML pipelines and scalable AI solutions
Understanding of cloud-based or enterprise-scale AI environments will be considered an asset
Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes is considered a plus
