Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team across the United States
- Establish clear performance expectations, quotas, and accountability measures
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
- Own revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health for the region
- Drive new business development while expanding existing customer relationships
- Identify and prioritize high-growth industries and strategic accounts
Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner with marketing, product, and enablement teams to execute GTM strategies
- Ensure effective positioning and value articulation of machining software solutions
- Support product launches and market expansion initiatives
Customer & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
- Represent Hexagon at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and strategy
Operational Excellence
- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Monitor KPIs including pipeline conversion, deal velocity, and win rates
- Drive consistency in sales methodology and CRM utilization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with customer success, technical sales, and application engineering teams
- Align with global leadership on strategy, forecasting, and performance
- Support strategic initiatives such as vertical market expansion and partner development
