Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team across the United States
  • Establish clear performance expectations, quotas, and accountability measures

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management

  • Own revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health for the region
  • Drive new business development while expanding existing customer relationships
  • Identify and prioritize high-growth industries and strategic accounts

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Partner with marketing, product, and enablement teams to execute GTM strategies
  • Ensure effective positioning and value articulation of machining software solutions
  • Support product launches and market expansion initiatives

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
  • Represent Hexagon at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and strategy

Operational Excellence

  • Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Monitor KPIs including pipeline conversion, deal velocity, and win rates
  • Drive consistency in sales methodology and CRM utilization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with customer success, technical sales, and application engineering teams
  • Align with global leadership on strategy, forecasting, and performance
  • Support strategic initiatives such as vertical market expansion and partner development
