LEGAL AND COMPANY SECRETARY

 Demonstrable capability in building and operating a strong corporate governance and compliance framework and possess good knowledge of Oil & Gas industry Laws

 A self starter with strong drive, matured communication skills and delivery track record.

First degree in law, LLB, BL and a member of a Bar Association. Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage. Has at least 10 years work experience with a thorough understanding of corporate/commercial law and corporate governance.
