About the Job
The Senior Manager of Human Resources supervises and ensures the effective execution and administration of Human Resources (HR) activities and contributes to the overall positive effect of the HR team.
This person is a key component to the department, and will bring a strong influence on the organizational development of our company from a leadership, employee engagement, and management perspective.
As Senior Manager of Human Resources, You Will…
Coach employees, HR Team members and managers on development needs, career growth, and learning opportunities
Identify and initiate human resource process improvements
Support the communication, reporting and related governance of employment regulations
Conduct competitive market analysis of compensation and benefit programs
Maintain human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems in conjunction with other HR personnel
Support program execution and implementation associated with people-related change initiatives and HR deliverables
Collaborate with various departments and leaders, locally and across the globe, managing and driving results of our people operations programs
Support and drive the IntouchCX culture within their teams and through all teams and programming
Conduct special projects as assigned
Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with internal customers
Produce accurate and relevant metrics and reports
As Senior Manager of Human Resources, You Have…
Must have 5-7 years of HR management experience in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources, HR Designation achieved or in process preferred
Experience with progressively increasing roles and responsibilities
Experience in supervising a team (Bonus if you have experience in the BPO / Customer Service Industries)
Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate a variety of messages simply, and clearly articulated to a variety of audiences
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Must be able to self-manage daily duties and time in a fast-paced, dynamic, changing environment
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, analysis and ability to influence and partner with different levels of the firm to achieve results.
Entrepreneurial spirit, creative outlook and resourceful nature.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed environment and influence and leverage resources
Exhibit strong leadership and a high degree of cross-functional cooperation.
Demonstrated expertise in building, developing, and managing relationships with internal and external customers
Capabilities in problem solving complex and diverse issues, including strong experience handling escalated situations and people to effective resolution
Passion for developing people and making others successful
Superior attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality, difficulty with sensitive situations is a must
