Contract Service Specialist

The Contract Service Specialist is responsible for working with external and internal customers to renew service agreements, handle billing concerns, and resolve any customer or service issues that may arise for multiple products across the globe, including complex problem solving, repetitive processing, and switching between project work and standard tasks while meeting deadlines and achieving quality goals.

Key Responsibilities.

• Identify and resolve complex, ambiguous problems that often require innovative solutions.
• Become familiar with all aspects of the products being supported, including knowing where to go for SOP/Standard Work.
• Service Agreement Data Entry & Processing requiring close attention to detail.
• Flexible to work independently or with a team, as needed.

• Daily customer account maintenance performed efficiently and accurately – service changes, updates, cancellations.

   

• Work in a dynamic environment that may change often or be repetitive at times.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining dept procedures and standard work.
• Assist with customer special projects as needed.

• Customer inquiries related to Service Agreement and service invoicing by phone or email.

   

• Own and handle designated products including meeting any deadlines.

• Provide backup assistance for other team members when needed.

   

• Internal and External Customer Inquiry Support by phone, email, or Teams.

   

• Electronic Contract File Maintenance.

• Continuously evaluate current processes to suggest quality and productivity improvements that can be made through projects or process changes.

   

• Work on ad-hoc projects as needed and as assigned by the manager.

WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)

• 4-year degree related to Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or 4 years equivalent experience.
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work on both complex processes and repetitive tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Motivational, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft applications skills including working use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

• Strong Organization and multi-tasking skills.

   

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
