Job Description
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team helps brands grow on TikTok by connecting creativity, culture, media and commerce. GBS partners with advertisers to unlock business impact through advertising solutions, client partnerships, product expertise and data-driven campaign strategies. Within GBS Korea, the Apps & Gaming team works with advertisers across gaming, entertainment, emerging apps and digital services, helping clients acquire, engage and retain users by turning TikTok's platform, products and insights into measurable growth.
About the position We are looking for a Client Solutions Team Lead to help Apps & Gaming advertisers grow on TikTok while raising the capability and performance of the Client Solutions team. This is a hands-on player-coach role for someone who still carries accounts, goes deep on data and campaign optimisation, and leads through judgment, presence and example. You will partner with Client Partners, agencies and cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and build strong success cases — while also coaching the CSM team and setting a high standard for analytical excellence, client impact and commercial ownership.
- Own client solutions for key Apps & Gaming advertisers, translating business objectives into effective TikTok campaign strategies across acquisition, engagement and growth
- Partner with Client Partners to grow accounts by identifying optimisation opportunities, product adoption gaps and proactive upsell recommendations
- Analyse campaign performance, vertical trends, audience behaviour and measurement data to generate actionable insights and improve client outcomes
- Lead by example on campaign optimisation, client problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, setting a high bar for the team
- Coach and develop Client Solutions team members across account management, product expertise, campaign analysis and client advisory skills
- Provide day-to-day guidance on prioritisation, account strategy and complex client challenges
- Lead projects or taskforce to solve for broader vertical wide problems
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, account management, advertising platforms or digital agencies
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret campaign data and translate insights into clear optimisation actions
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver measurable business impact
- Experience coaching or mentoring others through feedback, knowledge sharing and day-to-day leadership
- Strong ownership and judgment in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Strong experience in app marketing, gaming, mobile user acquisition or performance marketing
- Experience managing or optimising self-serve digital advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners, attribution tools, GA or related analytics platforms
- People leadership or player-coach experience in a commercial or client solutions environment
- Commercial mindset with a track record of identifying upsell or incremental revenue opportunities
- Ability to influence across teams and structure ambiguous problems in a fast-moving organisation
