About the Team Our Global Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS) team helps businesses and brands unlock creativity, connect with audiences worldwide, and drive scalable revenue growth. We are looking for an outstanding marketer who has deep experience in IP business development, TikTok solutions, and cross-regional stakeholder management. This role requires agility, strong project leadership, and the ability to deliver value to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive advertising and sponsorship revenue growth by enabling sales with content and IP solutions, leveraging TikTok ad products, creator resources, and brand sponsorship opportunities
- Create non-standard advertising inventory (including offline presence, creators, value-added services) that can be bundled with TikTok Ad solutions to drive brand objectives
- Build and deliver customized pitches, sponsorship proposals, and rate cards, ensuring alignment with TikTok’s global and regional standards
- Lead and manage project workflows across pre-sales, sales, and post-sale stages, ensuring operational excellence and on-time delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Finance, Ops, Product) to ensure effective stakeholder management and seamless client servicing.
- Deliver project-related trainings and presentations internally and externally to upskill teams and strengthen client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects with strong project management discipline while balancing global and local priorities.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sponsorship or commercial partnerships within sports marketing, ad agencies, TV networks, or tech platforms.
- Global mindset: comfort with navigating diverse cultures & markets, and working across different timezones
- Excellent project management capability with a track record of delivering complex, cross-market initiatives.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising, with emphasis on mobile and social platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity
- Fluency in verbal and written Korean and English to support stakeholders across Korea and the wider APAC region
Preferred Qualification(s)
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok solutions, products, and ecosystem, with prior experience leveraging TikTok for commercial growth.
- Good mix of commercial acumen & creativity.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with ability to build influence across global, regional, and local teams.
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats across diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
