Job Description

This position is responsible for generating sales prospects (booking tours) for EU sales locations in UK and Spain via the phone and in person. The role will also provide tour administration support for the sales team as needed.

 

Book and confirm tours for pre-arrival clients and Direct Sales for EU sales operations

Book and administer tours in CLARITY for the EU sales operations.

Undertake marketing activity as directed including concierge work.

General administration for the sales centre:

o Handle incoming telephone calls and provides responses to inquiries.

o Provision of performance data.

o Requisitioning supplies for the sales operation.

o Liaising with support teams to provide goods and services required for the EU Sales operation.

o Provision of administration support for performance meetings including note taking.

o Provision of tour information to sales manager.

 

Additional duties assigned by Management, as needed, to further business objectives.

 

Required Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Manage multiple tasks and assignments and demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.

Intermediate computer skills – familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of customer service experience.

Business level English.
