Corporate Banking Department-Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Associate

The CRE Associate will provide support to the Commercial Real Estate Team (CRE) with the following responsibilities: (i) New Loans and modifications: completing due diligence on loan proposals, preparing green light memos; underwriting new credit proposals, responding to internal credit inquiries; preparing term sheet; managing third-party vendors, loan documentation and closing process (ii) Post-lending processes, preparing and updating ticklers; identifying post-lending risks communicating to stakeholders and assisting in the resolution process, managing compliance protocols; (iii) assisting with special projects and (iv) collaborating with internal stakeholders in achieving the goals of the unit.
