As one of the UK's leading mental health charities, we work alongside people with lived experience, communities, partners and policymakers to drive meaningful change.  We're looking for an experienced Partnerships & Development Manager to play a pivotal role in the development of Synergy, Sheffield's VCSE Mental Health Alliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled partnership-builder, influencer and collaborator who thrives on bringing organisations together to achieve lasting impact.  About the Role As Partnerships & Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of a growing alliance of voluntary, community and statutory organisations working together to improve mental health and wellbeing across Sheffield. You'll build and strengthen relationships, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and help ensure that people with lived experience are central to everything we do.  Working across health, social care and the voluntary sector, you'll support partners to collaborate effectively, influence system change and deliver programmes that improve outcomes for local communities.  What You'll Be Doing You'll: Build, develop and maintain strategic partnerships across the voluntary, community, health and social care sectors.  Act as a trusted relationship manager for Alliance partners, commissioners, funders and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for service development, innovation and sustainable growth.  Facilitate partnership meetings, workshops and learning events that encourage collaboration and shared learning.  Lead and support projects and programmes, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and outcomes.  Champion equity, inclusion and anti-discriminatory practice across all aspects of the Alliance's work.  Use insight, evidence and lived experience to influence service improvement and strategic decision-making.  Support funding opportunities, business development activity and the long-term sustainability of the Alliance.  About You We're looking for someone who can bring people together around a shared vision and create meaningful partnerships that deliver real change. You'll have: Experience developing and managing partnerships across the voluntary, community, public, health or social care sectors.  A strong track record of building productive stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.  Experience of delivering collaborative programmes, networks or alliance-based approaches.  Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.  Strong project management capability and the ability to manage competing priorities.  A commitment to co-production, inclusion and tackling inequalities.  An understanding of the challenges experienced by people affected by mental illness and a passion for improving outcomes.  Ready to Make a Difference?
