Crisis House Mental Health Recovery Worker   Job Type - Permanent Full Time (35 Hours) Salary - £24,544.91 per annum Location - Fixed Base - Avonmouth, Bristol   Be the reason someone finds hope in a difficult moment. We're looking for a compassionate, resilient and person-centred Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our Crisis House team, supporting people experiencing mental health challenges to build confidence, develop independence and take positive steps towards recovery.  About the role As a Crisis House Mental Health Recovery Worker, you'll provide high-quality, recovery-focused support to individuals staying within a crisis service. You'll work alongside people at a critical point in their mental health journey, helping them to identify strengths, achieve personal goals and access the support they need to move forward positively.  This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference every day while working as part of a supportive and values-driven team.  What you'll be doing Building trusting and supportive relationships with people using the service. Delivering person-centred, recovery-focused support. Encouraging independence, wellbeing and positive coping strategies. Working collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, families and wider support networks. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is managed appropriately. Supporting safeguarding, health and safety and risk management processes. Participating in training, supervision and continuous professional development.  What we're looking for We're interested in people who are: Passionate about supporting people affected by mental illness. Organised, accountable and committed to delivering excellent support. Able to remain calm and professional within a crisis environment. Committed to inclusion, equity and person-centred practice.  Experience within mental health, social care, housing support or a related sector would be beneficial, although we also welcome applicants who can demonstrate transferable skills and a genuine commitment to recovery-focused support.
