BARTENDER

Covenant Woods is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Full-Time Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent service, and engaging in a community-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• 11:15am to 7:45pm
• One weekday off
• Every other weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Interact with guests in a courteous and engaging way
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and safety standards
• Assist with special events and community gatherings as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol in Virginia
