How you’ll make an impact:
Support certification of centres, physicians, hospital staff, and internal personnel in line with Edwards Lifesciences' SOPs
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and proctors to support clinical excellence and adoption
Deliver education on all aspects of the device, including handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques
Develop and continuously enhance training curricula, materials, and tools based on clinical experience, guidelines, and SOPs
Provide business intelligence insights related to clinical activities, market developments, and account dynamics
Educate and train physicians and hospital staff through hands-on sessions, in-services, and structured education programs
Deliver on-site support during procedures and ensure continuous follow-up to maintain high standards of patient outcomes and technical proficiency
Partner with Sales and Sales Management to plan and execute growth strategies within key accounts
Contribute to growth in strategic accounts in collaboration with Business Managers
Support validation of software and hardware updates in the field where applicable
Continuously build knowledge of products, physiology, anatomy, and market dynamics relevant to Edwards therapies
Regularly review clinical activities, market changes, and competitive landscape with Sales leadership and Clinical teams
Support additional activities and projects as required
What you’ll need (Required):
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical devices and/or clinical environments
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience delivering training in a clinical and/or technical environment preferred
Fluent Polish and English
What you’ll need (Preferred):
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder interaction
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Moderate understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology
Basic understanding of medical device regulatory requirements, including device accountability and adverse event reporting
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player mindset, with experience working across cross-functional and international teams
Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
