In addition, we have set up large outsourcing hubs catering to Media-tech and production for global clients. Publicis Groupe South Asia is led by Anupriya Acharya, Group CEO. She oversees all group companies. Anupriya is from IIT Roorkee, has vast leadership experience across India and the APAC region. She is also the President of AAAI, besides being on several industry forums. She is the only woman leader of a global communications group in India and is supported by several senior and accomplished business professionals in charge of individual agencies, functions and practices. Overview We are seeking a highly accomplished Client Leader to lead a strategic cluster of key client accounts while driving new business growth for Publics Groupe(Media Agency)India. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, business growth, commercial excellence, and integrated media transformation. The Client Leader will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite client stakeholders, oversee account health and profitability, champion integrated solutions across media, data, commerce, content, technology, and AI, and play a critical role in expanding the agency market footprint through organic growth and new business acquisition. This role requires a commercially astute leader with deep media expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building long-term client partnerships and delivering business growth. Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership Lead a portfolio of high-value client relationships across multiple sectors. Act as the senior strategic advisor to client leadership teams and key decision-makers. Develop deep understanding of clients' business objectives, industry dynamics, and growth ambitions. Drive business outcomes through integrated marketing, media, data, commerce, and digital transformation solutions. Ensure delivery excellence across all client engagements and agency workstreams. Anticipate emerging client needs and proactively bring innovative solutions to the table. Portfolio & Revenue Management Own P&L responsibility for a cluster of strategic accounts. Drive sustainable revenue growth, account profitability, and margin improvement. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Publicis Groupe capabilities. Monitor commercial performance and ensure achievement of revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Lead annual business planning and forecasting processes for the client portfolio. Growth & New Business Development Lead growth initiatives across existing accounts and strategic prospects. Build and manage a growth portfolio focused on new business acquisition. Partner with agency leadership and capability teams to create compelling pitches and differentiated market propositions. Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and industry influencers. Represent agency in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms. Contribute significantly to agency growth targets through new client wins. Integrated Solutions Leadership Orchestrate collaboration across media, performance marketing, commerce, content, data, analytics, technology, CRM, and AI teams. Drive adoption of innovative solutions and next-generation marketing approaches. Ensure clients benefit from the full breadth of Publicis Groupe capabilities. Champion transformation initiatives that create measurable business impact. Talent & Leadership Lead, coach, and inspire senior client leadership teams. Build a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Develop future leaders and succession pipelines within the organization. Foster strong engagement and high-performance culture across teams. Attract and retain top industry talent. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with agency CEOs, capability leaders, finance, operations, and regional stakeholders. Build trusted relationships across the broader Publicis Groupe ecosystem. Influence senior client and internal stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes. Qualifications 20+ years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, consulting, or integrated communications. Proven experience managing large-scale client portfolios and complex stakeholder environments. Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and winning new business. Strong understanding of media planning, performance marketing, digital ecosystems, commerce, data, and technology-led marketing solutions. Experience managing large teams and leading senior client-facing functions. Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience. Excellent executive presence, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
