We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our The Element location. This community has 276 units and is conveniently located off Interstate 29 and just minutes from the Kansas City International Airport in Kansas City, MO. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
