
Facilities & Office Services Lead
Job Description
This role provides hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and strategic support to ensure the College’s physical and hybrid workspace enables productivity, safety, and service excellence. The FOSL leads day-to-day office services, facilities coordination, and integrated meeting and event support. The role provides functional direction and effective workflow management, establishes service and quality standards and personally contributes to complex or time sensitive operational work. The FOSL manages critical vendor relationships, emergency protocols, and facilities support under shared service agreements with two hub regulators.
