Littelfuse is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support accurate and timely payroll operations for Lithuania while contributing to payroll activities across Europe. In this role, you will process payroll and Time & Attendance data, ensure compliance with local regulations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to deliver an efficient payroll experience for employees.
This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.
About the job:
Prepare and process end-to-end monthly payroll for Lithuanian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation
Support payroll processing activities for other European countries in cooperation with internal teams and external payroll providers
Ensure accurate calculation and payment of salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions
Manage year-end payroll activities, statutory reporting, terminations, and off-cycle payments
Collect, validate, and maintain payroll-related data, including time, absences, compensation, and benefits
Maintain payroll and Time & Attendance transactions in Workday and Employee Portal, ensuring accurate data flow to payroll systems
Prepare payroll accruals and standard payroll reports for Finance and management
Respond to employee payroll enquiries and resolve complex pay-related issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations
Support payroll process improvements, system enhancements, and payroll-related projects across Europe
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related payroll/HR role
Experience with Lithuanian payroll and statutory requirements
Exposure to multi-country or European payroll environments is an advantage
Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and data accuracy
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with HR and payroll systems such as Workday or Business Central is an advantage
Professional working proficiency in English and fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain payroll topics clearly to employees and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced international environment
The salary range 2800 EUR gross – 3100 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
