1. ACI Optimization

2. Scripting Support

3. Change Management for new applications onboarding

4. SW recommendation

5. Escalation Support during issue, customer management, liaison with Cisco Tac and BU

6. Proactive and reactive support

7. Primarily offsite, with regular onsite visits (esp during change management, critical issues)

Specific Activities

ACI Architecture Optimization

· Ongoing support to customer to optimize the ACI design/ respond to design queries

· ACI Hardware and SW Strategy

· ACI Config / best practice Audit

ACI Application Policy Optimization

· EPG Analysis

· Policy Analysis

· Service Chaining Analysis and Optimization

Ongoing ACI Integration Optimization and Scripting support

ACI Performance and Consumption Analytics

· Tenant Performance Optimization

· Fabric Performance Optimization

· Resource Consumption Analysis

· Health Score Analysis

Operational Support

· Change Management review and implementation Support

· Escalation Support during business outages and Sev1/ Sev2 troubleshooting by liasioning with TAC/BU, Provide RCA

· Trend Analysis for SR and recommend optimization

· Regular config audits

1. In depth knowledge of ACI

2. Exposure to 3rd party devices like Citrix Load Balancers

3. Understanding of Cisco Data Center ( inc Nexus 9000)

4. Able to deal with customers and manage sensitive situations

5. Good communication skills

6. Excellent collaboration and team playing skills
