Account Manager – Centre of Excellence (Early Career)

Tektronix | Test & Measurement | India

Location: 3 – 6 month on-job training in Bangalore → Deployment to major Indian city (based on business requirement)

About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and master Tektronix solutions based on: Oscilloscopes, AWGs, Spectrum Analyzers, SMUs, Battery Testers etc

  • Support customers in industry segments of Space, Defense, Semiconductor, Education & Automotive with technical consulting and application‑driven problem-solving enabling customer innovation.

  • Drive sales growth and manage key accounts & distribution partners.

  • Build strong customer relationships and be their trusted advisor for test & measurement needs.

  • Define and Execute territory business plans and support demos, events, and presentations for customer engagement.

  • Capture Voice of Customer and share feedback on product enhancements with R&D.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical (MBA is a plus)

  • 0-3 years of industry experience in a technology company, preferably in sales, marketing or applications engineering

  • Strong electronics fundamentals and passion for technology

  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving & analytical skills

  • Self‑driven, curious, and eager to build a techno‑commercial career

  • Lead Management, Order forecasting and sales funnel management 

  • Good Negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to relocate after training

  • Passion to travel and meet new people
