About This Role:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to identify qualified applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate records and recruitment activity within ADP, Monday.com, and other recruiting systems.
- Assist with posting jobs and monitoring applicant flow.
- Support hiring managers by coordinating interview logistics and providing candidate updates.
- Assist with employment branding efforts on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Generate and maintain recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth new hire transition.
- Support recruitment projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
