Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Sr. HR Recruiter who will lead end-to-end recruiting operations while also contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes and practices.
This is an individual-contributor role, requiring strong ownership of recruiting cycle, along with the ability to work with increasing autonomy in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruiting Operations Excellence
- Own and manage full-cycle processes across technical and professional roles
- Ensure timely and efficient hiring delivery in alignment with business needs
- Drive disciplined execution across all recruiting stages (requisition, sourcing, interview, offer, hiring)
- Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across recruiting cycles
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide insights to support hiring effectiveness
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide actionable guidance, and ensure alignment throughout the recruiting process
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Plan and manage effective sourcing channels (direct sourcing, agencies, referrals, external platforms etc.)
- Build and maintain a stable and sustainable candidate pipeline, including participation in online and offline recruiting events as needed
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to support hiring delivery
Continuous TA Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement initiatives
- Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience through streamlined and effective recruiting processes
- Contribute to broader TA initiatives as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Approximately ± 10 years of recruiting experience required
- Proven track record in technical / engineering hiring is required, with semiconductor experience strongly preferred
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a complex environment
- Strong ownership and execution-driven mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience working in a global or multinational company preferred
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
