Your Mission
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our hotel’s success — leading daily operations, championing service excellence, and inspiring a culture where both guests and team members feel right at home.
From setting strategic goals and managing budgets to ensuring every guest touchpoint exceeds expectations, you’ll make sure our hotel is the place people return to, again and again.
What You’ll Do
Lead Like an Owner
Oversee all hotel departments — Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering, Catering, Purchasing, Front Office, and Food & Beverage.
Develop and execute strategies that align with the property’s vision and drive financial performance.
Inspire & Develop Your Team
Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders to reach their full potential.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
Drive Operational Excellence
Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and guest satisfaction scores to achieve operational goals.
Partner with corporate leaders and stakeholders on budgets, capital projects, and strategic initiatives.
Be Present & Proactive
Lead from the floor — engage with guests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure every experience is polished and personal.
Build strong relationships with the local community and act as an ambassador for our brand.
Champion Safety & Standards
Uphold safety, sanitation, and brand standards at every level.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and company policies.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
✨Bring 3+ years of leadership experience as a Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in a branded hotel. ✨Know how to oversee both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division operations.✨Love balancing strategy with a hands-on, guest-first mindset.✨Communicate clearly, lead decisively, and inspire those around you.✨Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.✨Are passionate about service and have a track record of hitting profit and guest satisfaction goals.
