Job Description
[What the role is]
This is a 2-year position as a Lecturer, Industry Engagement & Partnerships in the School of Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Curriculum development, course delivery (face-to-face/online) and project supervision for youth and adult learners in the following areas:
Social Sustainability
Project Management & Multidisciplinary Collaborations
Facilitate and deliver CET programmes in Critical Core Skills (CCS), particularly in areas such as workplace coaching, career coaching, people management, talent development, and human capital management
Industry Partnership
Support the School’s industry engagement efforts by coordinating outreach and partner engagements, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and providing administrative and logistical support for partnership initiatives
Organise industry visits, networking events and engagement activities, while maintaining accurate industry partnership records and databases across PET and CET programmes
Track engagement opportunities, activities and outcomes to support reporting, relationship management and continuous improvement

Passion for industry engagement, partnership development and stakeholder management, with a strong commitment to fostering collaborations that enhance education, workforce development and industry relevance
Proven experience in building, managing and sustaining strategic partnerships with industry, government agencies, professional bodies and other external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholder engagements and manage partnership initiatives from inception to implementation
