Job Description
- Represent end users as we build and execute against our tools road map, setting the direction and strategy for these audiences across Connect Sales.
- Prioritize based on quantified business cases (business growth, productivity savings) and qualitative inputs (interviews, feedback) and articulate these use cases to our Product Managers (PM)/UX/Engineering (Eng) partners.
- Document business requirements and partner with PMs/UX/Eng on the design and development of user facing feature launches.
- Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategy, including developing a deployment plan, training, and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.
- Estimate and measure the business impact of new features, processes and experiences, Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), adoption, Headcount Savings (HC) savings, and business uplift. Analyze the datasets to quantify insights and root causes, talk through signalling and ML approaches.
