Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual, experienced, and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources team while serving as a trusted business partner to organizational leadership. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with extensive HR experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong strategic partnerships across the organization. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex employee relations matters while fostering a positive workplace culture.
This position is based in either our Dallas or Fort Worth office and requires frequent travel to Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and other locations as needed to support business operations and workforce initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team.
Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train HR staff.
Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the HR department.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
Manage employee discipline, corrective action, and terminations in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic human resource initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Conduct and oversee complex workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive matters while ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal leaders, community organizations, and external stakeholders to support organizational growth and workforce initiatives.
Support public relations efforts by promoting a positive employer brand and maintaining professional relationships with employees, community partners, and external agencies.
Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for exempt, non-exempt, and leadership positions.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS systems.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Stay current on employment law, HR trends, and industry best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
Strong background in Human Resources, including employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and employment law.
Demonstrated experience managing sensitive and confidential employee matters.
Excellent public relations, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience developing strategic partnerships with organizational leaders and external stakeholders.
Outstanding verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Education and Experience
Bilingual, required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources management experience required.
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.
Experience conducting workplace investigations is strongly preferred.
Multi-site Human Resources management experience is preferred.
Travel Requirements
Must have the ability and willingness to travel frequently.
Position is based in Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas.
Frequent travel is required to Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and other company locations as business needs dictate.
Valid driver's license is required.
