Responsibilities

You will…

  • Be responsible for leading Octave Attune SaaS solution sales within your assigned industries and territory, aligning business development and sales activities with the right strategy to achieve the annual sales target.
  • Prepare, own, and maintain your territory plan and manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including working with demand generation, pre‑sales, professional services, and value engineering teams.
  • Ensure complete CRM hygiene, including accurate forecasting, quoting, business approvals, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain strategic relationships with business partners, prospects, and internal stakeholders by building a strong network and collaborating with Sales leadership and global teams. Be accountable for connecting the right people in your prospects to the right people within Octave and our partners at the right time.
  • Be a strategic, agile, and visionary sales professional who is comfortable delivering high‑value presentations to senior executives (CxO) as well as business, engineering, and technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with partners and our professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.


You will have…

  • Proven experience selling software solutions in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) space, with a strong track record of customer acquisition.
  • A demonstrated history of selling complex solutions and achieving/exceeding sales quota, with more than 40% of performance coming from new logo wins.
  • A natural drive for searching for new business and developing new relationships — hunting is in your DNA.
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions and business applications to position you as a credible and trusted point of contact for prospects.
  • The ability to analyze complex business and industry challenges that can be addressed through EAM/APM, and quickly articulate quantifiable benefits in the prospect’s language.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger, SCOTSMAN, MEDIC/MEDDPIC, etc.
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Ability to work with multiple prospects of all sizes, particularly medium to large organizations.
  • Natural relationship‑building, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills to support sales success.
  • Native Spanish fluency and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. #LI-MP #LI-Remote
