CSR part time EVENING

Do you stay calm under pressure, love helping people and pets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? VCA VREC Referral and Emergency Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Part-Time Night Shift Client Service Representative to join our emergency and specialty team.

Schedule:

🌙 Part-time | Night shifts | Weekends and holidays may be required

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist clients during emergency visits with empathy and professionalism

• Answer phones, triage calls, and communicate urgent information to the medical team

• Check patients in and out, process payments, and manage medical records

• Support doctors and technicians in a high-intensity emergency setting

• Provide compassionate client service during stressful and emotional situations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in emergencies

• Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred (but not required)

• Comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
