Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Circuit Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced analog and mixed‑signal IPs. In this role, you will design, implement, verify, and optimize analog circuits in cutting‑edge process nodes while working closely with architecture, layout, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement analog circuits in advanced semiconductor process nodes for analog and mixed‑signal IP blocks.
Create floorplans, perform transistor‑level circuit design, extract chip parameters, and run detailed analog simulations and behavior modeling.
Develop comprehensive test plans aligned with circuit and block micro‑architecture specifications; analyze and evaluate silicon and pre‑silicon test outcomes.
Verify and optimize circuit functionality for power, performance, area, timing, and yield (PPA) targets.
Investigate, track, and resolve circuit‑level and performance issues while providing clear status updates to cross‑functional teams.
Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to ensure robust, high‑quality electrical behavior and best‑in‑class circuit operation.
Reduce leakage, improve power efficiency, and enhance signal integrity across multiple circuit types
Technical Focus Areas
Experience in designing the following circuits is required or strongly preferred:
- Amplifiers (various types)
- Comparators
- LDOs (Low Dropout Regulators)
- High‑speed and mixed‑signal circuits – strong advantage
Qualifications:
Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in analog circuit design.
Proven experience designing transistor‑level analog circuits in advanced process technologies.
Deep understanding of analog circuit fundamentals, device physics, noise analysis, stability, and reliability.
Experience with industry‑standard EDA tools (such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional engineering environment.
