About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a reputable national professional services US-based business. This is a fully-remote, long-term position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for stable, ongoing work with a reputable international employer.

Responsibilities

• Processing and organizing administrative files

• Data entry into an internal case management system

• Reviewing documents and removing duplicate pages

• Downloading and managing electronic case files

• General administrative support (no client contact required)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles

• Excellent English reading and writing skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working US business hours (night shift)

• Immediately available- no notice period

• Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
