Job Description
- Lead negotiations and structure complex agreements for YouTube across multiple lines of business, including first-of-a-kind partnerships and new markets kick off.
- Oversee all aspects of business development and partnerships management, including sourcing, evaluating, drafting and negotiating agreements internally and externally.
- Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of top partners, executing growth initiatives and securing seamless operational flow.
- Navigate cross-functional complexity across YouTube and Google to ensure strong execution of agreements and initiatives, representing our partners and our region.
- Analyze data, understand partnership effectiveness, and seek ways to optimize growth, influencing the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs.
