Partner Account Manager (Indirect Sales)
Location 
Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid working )

Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
  • Work closely with channel partners (distributors and rental companies) to achieve annual order and revenue targets
  • Develop annual sales plans and monitor sales performance against targets
  • Manage and track inventory-related KPIs to support sell-through activities
2. Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner management teams
  • Plan and deliver product training sessions for partners
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive business growth
3. Internal and Global Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams including field sales, application engineers, marketing, and service teams in Japan
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant global teams and overseas stakeholders as required
Qualifications
1. Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or B2B direct sales
  • Sales experience in high-tech products such as electronic measurement or analytical instruments
  • Experience in planning and executing sales promotion initiatives
2. Skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills (Excel or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600 or above
