Job Description



The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in exceeding enrollment and revenue targets by driving professional referrals, conducting community outreach, and event planning

This position requires proficiency in consultative sales strategies

Central to the role is delivering high-quality service to families and professionals, ensuring a positive experience and fostering lasting engagement with Fusion Academy

What You’ll Do: 

  • Drive the generation and conversion of direct family referrals from professionals in the community.   

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to cultivate professional partnerships and referrals within the community.  

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging and curated campus and community events.  

  • Own prospecting, outreach, and campus enrollment metrics.  

  • Collaborate with regional and national sales and support teams.  

  • Forecast sales, track and analyze performance by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.  

  • Utilize sales techniques and relationship-building strategies to increase engagement with families and professionals in the community. 

  • Partner with the marketing team to align local outreach strategies, manage budget allocation, and maximize lead generation efforts. 

  • Utilize Salesforce and other systems to ensure consistent and efficient outreach and accurate records.  

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in admissions and enrollment management.  

  • Collaborate with campus leadership team to support operational needs, problem-solve emergent challenges, and ensure alignment with school-wide initiatives.  

  • Connect families, students, and staff with professional and community resources to support their Fusion experience. 

  • Identify potential partnerships in the community and coordinate with Fusion’s partnership teams to ensure a streamlined process. 

  • As a part of the campus administrator team, maintain an on-site presence outside of community outreach activities. 

  • Create and maintain a campus environment that delivers a highly personalized, premium experience for staff, students, families, and professional partners. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in education, marketing, communications, business, or related field.  

  • Previous experience in outreach, consultative sales, business development, and event planning.  

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or enrollment targets in a performance-driven environment.   

  • Experience in behavioral health, education, and community engagement is a plus 

  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive prospects from inquiry through enrollment with a consultative approach. 

  • Experience in building and maintaining professional referral networks to drive company growth.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and strong relations
