Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Pay: $20-$24 hourly depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 5:00AM-1:30PM
Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue, part of the Lithia Motors family—one of the largest automotive retailers in the nation—is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our fast-paced Parts Department. As a key member of our Parts team, you will ensure timely and accurate receipt, processing, and distribution of automotive parts. Your work directly supports our technicians, service team, and customers—helping keep operations running efficiently and delivering on our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with Wholesale and retail customers
- Assist all customers promptly and professionally including retail and service. Communication must be clear and concise.
- Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts and recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintain special order bins.
- Maintain a delivery board with departure times and destinations
- Maintain a detailed delivery log when handling returns and funds
- Assist in Physical Parts Inventory annually
- Deliver parts to technicians or part recipient; pull orders for counter persons when necessary
- Maintain clean and organized work area; all materials stored below the counter area
- Immediately notify parts manager of damaged parts or shortages
- Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Incoming Telephone Call (ITC) standards
- Complete all applicable Lithia and manufacturer training required for certification
- Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily, and maintain a clean parts department
- Maintain clean delivery vehicle. Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$24.00. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
