Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time RN to support the practice 20 hours per week onsite. The schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH 03820. As a Family Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventive health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

This RN role supports a high-volume ambulatory practice with a significant pediatric population, including infants and newborns. The position is primarily focused on triage, with additional responsibilities including nurse visits and cross-coverage on the clinical floor. The RN will work closely with two other nurses and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care delivery.

Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions
-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred
