- Should have experience of 5-7 years in core HR operations including Onboarding, Induction & Orientation, Employee Engagement, Payroll & Talent Management and Employee Retention.
- Should have Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Managing team of 3-4 team members and supervising their daily operations.
- Support business team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
