Job Description

Replacement Position 

AM HR-Operations 

  • Should have experience of 5-7 years in core HR operations including Onboarding, Induction & Orientation, Employee Engagement, Payroll & Talent Management and Employee Retention.
  • Should have Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
  • Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. 
  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion. 
  • Managing team of 3-4 team members and supervising their daily operations.
  • Support business team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
