二、任职资格

教育程度：中专及以上学历，机械维修等相关专业

工作经验：机械制造或加工行业机电维护相关工作1年及以上经验

专业技能要求：熟悉设备机电相关方面专业知识，熟悉电气维修工与基本钳工方面知识

能力要求：能够处理发生的设备机电故障，具备较好沟通与协调能力，较强的团队协作能力，较好的分析与解决问题能力。

其他特殊要求：无

*如有相关工作经验3年或者表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

四、主要岗位职责

．MAFACT推进

负责审核工厂MAFACT推进计划（包括能源、TPM及OEE三个条款）及监督执行

．生产设备维修/维护执行设备维护保养计划进行事故电气方面的调查及执行整改措施对设备进行日常维修与巡察并对发现的问题进行及时整改负责对设备设施提出合理化建议负责片区内设备的完好性

3．动力系统维护

执行动力系统的维修维护工作

4．基础设施维护

执行基础设施的维修维护工作

5．技改项目管理

负责工厂技改项目的进度跟踪

6．EHS管理

执行安全CCAR的整改

7．技术标准的建立

负责对设备MTTR&MTBF数据进行故障分析,并制定措施CCAR跟踪；

8．遵守与执行体系要求

1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。

2）严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故。

3）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改

4）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议

8．领导交办的其他业务

完成领导交办的其它任务。
