Job Description
- Lead a designated Retail district, demonstrating leadership & accountability to manage a variety of FR stores.
- Drive revenue productivity and Ebit by achieving and exceeding KPI’s for a cluster of FR stores, ensuring profitability of the stores and excellence of the customer service provided.
- Build, develop and lead by example a high performing team of store managers and regional managers, demonstrating engagement and acting as brand ambassadors focusing on exceeding their business objectives.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, operational processes, and customer service excellence across the district.
- Act as a key link between Head Office and franchise partners, supporting alignment, performance improvement, and long-term partnership success.
- Ensure excellent in-store execution of campaigns, launches, and visual guideline.
- Support franchise store openings, renewals, relocations, and refits
- Work closely with Project Manager, VM, Planning and Operations teams on new projects
- Provide field insights to support strategic growth decisions
- Support onboarding of new franchise stores and store teams
- Identify training needs and coordinate with HQ training teams
- Coach store managers and franchise partners to improve leadership and retail skills
