The Franchisee Training Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Franchise Owners and their teams to provide high quality care services delivered by skilled and compassionate caregivers. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to elevate the care experience for clients and ongoing training and retention of caregivers. Uses daily discretion in communications to franchise owners as it relates to Care Delivery support.
Responsibilities

Reports to Manager of Compliance & Care Delivery Initiatives
Point person for the online learning management system (LMS)
Create franchise locations in the LMS and onboard and support franchise owners, and their teams
Create and update Care Delivery and Ongoing Education resources
Support care delivery areas of the agency management system (AMS)
Generate reports from the LMS and the AMS that will identify opportunities for increased support for care delivery and caregiver training
Participate in research of industry trends and integrate findings into care delivery and training models
Take part in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of best practices in home care delivery.
Qualifications

Associate degree preferred
2+ years relevant experience in home care, geriatrics, customer service and healthcare education
Knowledge of best practices in home care and aging services a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience utilizing Learning Management Systems and Agency Management Systems
Proficiency in other tech platforms with responsible use of AI such as Articulate 360 a bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
