Job Description
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will drive the end-to-end development of digital campaigns for Patient, Consumer, OnDemand, Ovia and future acquisitions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. You’ll design and build sophisticated journeys, Data Cloud audiences, data extensions, Automation Studio workflows, and support the platform roadmap—including, implementing AMPScript personalization, AI-driven features, leading A/B testing frameworks, and other strategic initiatives. You’ll serve as a trusted subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape campaign strategy, promote feature adoption, integrate new brands and optimize engagement and deliverability health.
